Select All checkbox on repeat grid does not work

Summary
The Select All checkbox on the repeat grid does not work. This occurs on the Internet Explorer browser post updating Pega 7.1.8 to Pega 7.4. The checkboxes become unchecked on refreshing. Refresh list and Refresh section action set is configured on change event.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a grid with multiple results
- Click the Select All option. The rows on the grid are not selected
Root Cause
The selecting of checkboxes required more time on the Internet Explorer browser. The request for refresh section was fired before the programmatic selection of the checkboxes.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Use the post value followed by the refresh list as an action on the header checkbox. This provides enough time for JS execution to select data row checkboxes on the Internet Explorer browser
- Use click event instead of change event
- Configure the auto selection of data row event such that it is infrastructure based
