Sending correspondence with Bcc truncates last character

Sending a correspondence with a Bcc recipient truncates the last character of the recipient's email ID.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Send a correspondence with a Bcc recipient.
  2. Verify the pyCorrPage the Bcc string property. The property holding the Bcc recipient and the last letter is missing.

Root Cause

The bccEmailAddress.substring(0, bccEmailAddress.length()-1)) truncates the Bcc email address's last character. However, this does not replicate for ccEmailAddress as each of the ccEmailAddress is enclosed in single quotes.
