Service case opens in a new tab

Summary



On opening a case in the Recent Cases section on an Interaction, the Review Service Case screen displays correctly in the interaction. However, when the task is selected, the case opens in a new tab.

Steps to Reproduce



Select a task in the Review Service Case.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: Locking issue.


Resolution



As a local-action, deactivate optimistic locking.
