Service File rule processes only one record

Summary



A Service file rule is created to process a CSV file. On executing the Service rule file, it is processed only once and NullPointerException displays in the Tracer.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Service file rule.
  2. Process the record on time with Record Terminator as \r\n or \n
  3. Use the Parse Delimiter (CSV) for mapping.
  4. Execute the activity.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution



This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.3.2.
