Service to provide the available NBA offers for customer

SA-6240

Summary

1) Is there any OOTB Pega NBAA service that when called with parameters can return the next best offers available for the customer ?
2) What does each of these below services do? Also, are there any other out-of-the-box (OOTB Next Best Action Advisor (NBAA) services available:

 GetNBAForCustomer
 CustomerOfferHistory
 CaptureActionResponse

Resolution

In Next Bext Action Marketing (NBAM) version 7.11 ML1 , there is no such service available which can return the list of offers related to the NBA.  The GetNBAForCustomer service returns the Next Best Action like Make Offer, Negotiate Offer etc and other details which are required to launch the required flow.  Custom service need to be constructed to get the list of offers.

CustomerOfferHistory -- > Service to fetch all previous offers made to a customer.
CaptureActionResponse -- > Customers response on the offers previously suggested to them.

These are the only three OOTB services available.

These services were basically created to provide CPM-NBAM/NBAA integration, where the specific offers based on previous interaction data related to customer can be fetched, while working on current interaction.

As part of a custom application, the logic to propose/fetch offers might vary and hence it's needed to create specific services for the same.
