Service requests created by Agent are visible after completion

Summary
User has a SOAP Service that when called does not end the requestors session. User has enabled the “End requestor when done?” option on the service rule to have the system end the requestor session, when the activity completes. Still the requestors are hanging around in the system when the activity completes. User requires to know why the requestor sessions are not ending.

Steps to Reproduce
Requestors are hanging around in the system when we're completing tasks.
Root Cause
The service package is stateless.
Resolution
The “End requestor when done?” functionality is only applicable for stateful service packages. The option should be unchecked for stateless.
