Service SOAP rule form does not show up in Chrome

Summary
When opening Soap Service rules in Google Chrome browser, the rule-form does not display.
Error Messages
This ruleform is currently only compatible with Internet Explorer.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Login to Pega-7 in Chrome browser.
2.Click on any Service -SOAP rule to open.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules version Pega 7.1.5
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in Pega 7.1.7. Now user is able to open the SOAP_Service rules in Chrome browser.
