SetTicket in process flow does not advance to sub process

SA-31344

Summary

User is trying to move the flow execution forward to an assignment present in a sub flow.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a parent flow.
  2. Add a sub process to the parent flow with multiple assignments and set a ticket on the assignments.
  3. Raise the ticket from the parent flow to call the assignment present under the sub flow.

Root Cause

A ticket can only be processed for flows that exist under the pxFlow page.

In this scenario, the ticket was raised before reaching the sub flow so the flow was not yet present in the pxFlow pages.

Resolution

User is suggested approach could be to add another ticket to the sub flow shape so that it will populate the sub flow details to the pxFlow page.

Consecutive calling of sub flow's ticket followed by assignment's ticket will establish the desired result.
