Setting "pzReindex = true" is not reindexing

SA-17391

Summary

In PRPC 5.5, the application developer is using the setting "pzReindex = true" to re-index the properties, but this does not reindex. New indexes are not created, and the old index  persists even after pzReindex is set to true.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create two Declare Indexes in the same class.
  2. Include the two Declare Index properties in a repeating grid of the section and run the flow.
  3. Include the values into the rows and click the Submit button.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
When re-indexing is forced, existing index count values should be ignored. If
any page copy operation was involved, copied pages can come with index count values that the existing page already has.

Resolution

Apply HFix-25088 for PRPC 5.5.
