Severe slowness and poor performance



Performance degrades in the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) application.

Alert in the logs - PEGA0017

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a CLM case. 
  2. Perform a Back and Next in the case. Navigate from one assignment to another. 

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Embed-StageProcessHistory. GetProcessAssignmentsList -PegaCLMFSIF: 07-31-25 had a page-copy which was in an infinite loop when the user performed Back and Next according to the implementation.
This data transform rule was referred each time. This caused a multiple cache entries which resulted in the Out of Memory error.


Import HFix-39634 through Designer Studio > Application > Distribution > Import.
Apply HFix-42885.
