Show resolved bugs/issues not work in Backlog, Project, Sprint

Summary
‘Show resolved bugs/issues’ button does not display the list of open and resolved bugs, and issues in the Backlog. The same behavior occurs for Project team and Sprint displays as well.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Agile Studio
- Launch the portal and open the Backlog, Project team or Sprint display.
- Toggle the display of 'Bugs & Issues' tab by clicking on the ‘Show resolved bugs/issues’ button
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
