Size grid height to content not work when collapsed

In a Repeat Grid, Progressive pagination can be set to check "Size grid height to content" and having configured number of rows to be shown.

The grid will be shown collapsed initially and can be expanded to see the result.

When  less than configured amount of rows are displayed (say, 10 returned and 30 configured as max) the grid occupies configured amount of space and "Size grid height to content" is ignored.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Repeat Grid to the section and configure the source (e.g. D_CaseTypeList)
2. Set progressive pagination and page size to a value that higher than actual number of rows in the source (say 30 for 10 rows returned initially)
3. On the Presentation tab configure to display the title and make it collapsible, save the section and perform Run for this Step
Observe Grid shown and grid size is matching the number of rows returned (10 instead if 30)
4. Edit section to set the grid to be collapsed initially (uncheck Expand on load), save section.
Observe now at runtime grid is shown collapsed. Expand it and observe the grid size is too big and not being adjusted as before.

Perform the following local-change:
Setting Defer Load for the Grid resolves the issue without affecting the UI rendering. Initial expand of collapsed grid must trigger correct height recalculation instead.
