Skin control does not load on switching from one case to another

Summary



While opening a case from one application, and switching to another application and opening a different case, the Review Harness skin control does not load.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the portal and open any case.
  2. Switch to another portal and open a different case. The skin does not load.


Root Cause



Thread cleanup did not occur before switching to the new application. The Data Container (DC) data model was removed before it was processed.


Resolution



Apply the following hotfixes:
  1. HFix-50637
  2. HFix-53799
