Slowness when tabbing out from one field to other in a section

Summary
User reports that, when the tab key is hit to move the cursor to next field on the screen, it takes almost 5 seconds.
Error Messages
No error message.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Add 30 to 40 Fields in the Flow Action and some Dynamic Layouts
2. Add around six to seven dropdown list.
3. Type some text in any one of the text field/Property and press tab key. Observe the slowness while moving the cursor on-click of tab key.
Root Cause
There was no custom Activity processed, however for few Properties present in Section, ReloadSection event was configured.
Resolution
Remove unnecessary ReloadSection event configured for multiple Properties in the Section to overcome the slowness observed during moving the cursor on-click of tab key.
