Smart Dispute RC 74 CC1-5 and CC1-6 incorrect question



We received Smart Dispute for Issuers Hfix-21363 which removed the “Will the account number be listed on the Exception File with a Negative Response on or before the Chargeback Central Processing Date?" ancilary question from RC74 CC1. That question should also be removed from CC1-5 and CC1-6.

Select reason code 74 and condition code 1-5 or 1-6, for a Visa dispute

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error. This was obsolute, the question was not to be removed as of the latest RC.


Latest RC restored these CCs.
