Summary
Smart prompt does not work on column headers in decision table.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new decision table rule.
2. Add a Page in the Pages and Classes tab.
3. Use the Page in the decision table column header, and activate the smart prompt by pressing the down arrow.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22486.
