Steps to Reproduce
- Create a skill rule.
- Withdraw the same skill rule.
- Open the operator configurations.
- Select the work tab.
- Identify the smart prompt which is specific for the skill under the work tab.
- Press the down arrow. The withdrawn rule displays.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
An Enhancement request (FDBK-13607) has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
