JAWS does not read the content of the Smartinfo modal window when it opens.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a Branch link in a table to open a SmartInfo modal window on clicking the Enter key.
- Set focus on the Branch link.
- Click Enter.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment
Issue with JAWS 18. The code generated in the Document Object Model (DOM) is correct.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Upgrade to JAWS 2019.
