SmartInfo still displayed when switching from one tab to another

SA-2516

Summary

A SmartInfo has been configured using the “SmartInfoClickable” option in order to have a red cross on the top right corner of the SmartInfo.
This is working fine but if you move from a tab to another, the SmartInfo remains on the screen.

Error Messages

No error message, just a remaining SmartInfo without previous context.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a SECTION with an Icon to start the SmartInfo
  2. Set the details of the SmartInfo

  1. Change the SECTION for the SmartInfo to include SmartInfoClickable SECTION

  1. At runtime the SmartInfo is presented correctly with the closing cross

  1. If you switch to another tab, the SmartInfo remains anyway.

Root Cause

The unexpected behaviour reported on this service request is due to the “SmartInfoClickable” option. The SmartInfo will remains on the screen unless a user click the top right cross which is the expected behaviour.
But the SmartInfo element 'smartInfoMainDiv' is fundamentally attached to the body. As tabs are in the body (and not always as separate iframes), the SmartInfo div persists unless dismissed.

Resolution

The “SmartInfoClickable” option has been added after having done a SAVEAS of an existing SECTION. But there is no need for the customer to implement such option.
So a local change has been implemented and the “SmartInfoClickable” removed.
