SmartInfo tooltip section not displaying correctly in IE

Summary
SmartInfo tooltip section contains a large label. On hovering the mouse on the icon, the SmartInfo expands and a scrollbar displays. This occurs in the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce
In a Simple Question rule used in the Survey, in the Advanced tab of the Survey, provide a SmartInfo reference Section. The SmartInfo section must have a long label. View the behavior in Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the Internet Explorer browser.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the below style in the UserWorkForm.

.smarttip-container, .smartInfoContainer, .smartInfoMain{
max-width:100%;
}
</style>
