Steps to Reproduce
- Setup a network trace tool in PRPC server.
- Set the originator address by changing the code so that the Type of number and the numbering plan indicator are always set to 1
- Run an outbound SMS Campaign.
- Inspect the submit_sm packets in captured trace.
Root Cause
Missing Originator Address in the submit_sm packet.
