SMS Inbound response behavior lost after Listener restart



SMS Inbound Listener response behavior configuration is lost after restarting the Inbound SMS Listener.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure a Response Behavior on an SMS Inbound Listener
  2. Toggle the Running switch to Start or Stop the Listener
  3. Refresh the screen

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Issue with copying data from the landing page to the Inbound SMS Account instance.
