Summary
How can a developer view the SOAP XML request and response data to debug packet format for SOAP protocols?
Resolution
Add debug level logging on the following logger:
Rule_Obj_Activity.InvokeAxis2.Rule_Connect_SOAP.Action
This will add the incoming/outgoing SOAP messages to the PegaRULES.log file.
