SOAP Service request not getting logged in Pega logs

Summary
com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.ServiceHelper is logging null instead of request XML for SOAP Service.
Error Messages
Getting null in place of request xml in logs:
( engine.internal.ServiceHelper) DEBUG XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX UIVS30 - Received org.apache.xerces.dom.DeferredElementNSImpl value '[RequestGetApplicationStatusSBD: null]'
Steps to Reproduce
1) Set the logging level for com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.ServiceHelper as DEBUG.
2) Invoke SOAP service.
3) Check the Pega logs.
Root Cause
com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.ServiceHelper is not written to print request XML for SOAP Service.
Resolution
Pega provided 'com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.util.SOAPUtils' logger for logging request XML for SOAP Service.
