Summary
SOAP service response content is appended to the Clipboard page with the previous SOAP service response. An error occurred when the service activity is run with different input parameters to view the appended responses.

Run the service activity with different input parameters to see the appended responses.
Root Cause
A defect in custom application code or rules:
An activity invoked by Search did not use the Page-New method to clear for the Service Page.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the Page-New method call.
