For some controls lower border is not populating

On UI of the CPM Interaction portal for some of the controls like (Date Time,Text Box) lower border is not displaying.

Root Cause
As identified in the screen share session, the issue is reproducible to some screen resolutions on user machine and occurs intermediately.

Resolution
Acceptance: Local-Change.
Local change: Add below styling code at userWorkForm.

}
After all considerations and testing in all the browsers with different screen resolutions, the above local changes work fine as expected.
