Sort functionality does not work in Delegation table

Summary
Sort functionality, for columns in the delegated table, does not work for a Date which contains a combination of upper and lower case letters. However, the same works only for upper case letters.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Navigate to Configuration > General Configurations > Delegation Table.
- Click the column name to Sort.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The values that are sorted in the report are from the database. Sorting occurs at the database level, where the settings (for sorting) are in the ASCII format.
