Space after the BIX extract output file name when %t is added

Summary
In BIX extract rule, output filename specification includes %t to include the timestamp in the output filenames.
When the extraction is run, the filename generated has a space at the end of the timestamp, for example, TestSampleXMLFile151102093339743 .xml

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create an extract rule in Pega
2. Provide file name ending with %t in file specification tab
3. Run Ant script and generate XML and XSD
4. Check the file names
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The timestamp was not trimmed to remove trailing space character.
Resolution
Apply HFix-24809.
