Special characters are HTML encoded in List-to-List copy

In the List-to-List control, whenever any special characters (for example: "(),<>,?") exist in the field content and a list item is copied, the special characters are changed to a HTML encoded value. For example, the left parenthesis character gets converted to '&#40', and the right parenthesis gets converted to '&#41'.
