On click event for button user creates new case and includes all the data as parameters. The parameter for the new case are defined on the “pyStartCase” flow.

After the parameter is passed into the new case, java script hook function is called which is used to put in all the addresses in the parameters to pyWorkPage.

When action is passed in the data form from the section, it replaces all the special characters with encoded formats.

Error Messages

Space is showing as “%20” in properties.

Steps to Reproduce

On click action of button add action " Create Work" and pass in parameters.

Root Cause

When creating new work object, Pega is encoding URL parameters in replaceControlActionTokens() method of pzpega_ui_events.js file.

For online cases http protocol will decode these URL parameters, but for offline user must decode them.
