Specifications are removed after copying section to branch

Summary
Specifications do not appear after copying a Section rule, with specification, from the base RuleSet to the Branch RuleSet.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Section rule
2. Create Specification rules for a particular rule3. Click Save As for that rule, in the Branch RuleSet
4. Check out the rule and click Refresh
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
The Save As feature does not work since the the PostCheckOut activity, in some rule classes (for example, Harness, Rule-File-* , Section), does not have a code for specification rule linking.
