Spell checker functionality does not work

Summary
After entering information in the text area and then clicking the spell checker icon, nothing happens in IE 11.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create harness - SpellCheckerTest and add pxIconSpellChecker.
2) Create section SpellCheckerTest and add a text area.
3) Create a flow action SpellCheckerTest and refer to SpellCheckerTest.
4) Create a flow SpellCheckerTest and add the flow action SpellCheckerTest as an assignment.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. The Spell Checker JavaScript APIs are deprecated and there are no replacements in the product.
Resolution
The JavaScript APIs are deprecated and there are no replacements in the product. Use one of the alternative methods:
1) Browser spell check.
2) Rich Text Editor (RTE) spell check.
