SQL Query not built properly while filtering RD on blank values

Summary
No rows are displayed when a filter is applied to report definition by selecting a check box with a blank value.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a report definition with a blank property value for few cases.
2. Run the Report definition.
3. Perform the filter on the property that has blank values as options. Select the blank value from listed options in the filter.
4. Submit the filter.
Root Cause
pzGridSortPaginate activity does not support filtering for blank values in report definition.
Resolution
Apply HFix-5309.
