SQLServerException: Invalid column name 'pzuserid'

Summary



Pega Installation displays  an error when installing Turkish Collation.


Error Messages



com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid column name 'pzuserid'.


Steps to Reproduce



Install Pega with Collation selected as Turkish_CI_AS.


Root Cause



The issue occurred due to how 'i/L' is handled in Turkish Collation. The Pega Install script is in English. Therefore, it handled the 'i/L' characters incorrectly.
Currently, Turkish Collation is not supported during Pega installation.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Change the column type to Nvarchar for the Custom class which contains Unicode characters.
