SQLSyntaxErrorException when clicking menu links
Summary
SQLSyntaxErrorException occurs when clicking menu links and does not generate SIB tables.

Root Cause
The Messaging Engine is not authorized to connect to its own datastore. When using Oracle for the Messaging Engine datastore, the SchemaName and the UserID specified in the Authentication Alias of the Data Source used by the Messaging Engine must be the same; if they are different, then, the UserID must have all the required privileges.
