Standard Expand/Collapse icon disappears for second record

Summary
Trying to use "+" (Exapand/Collapse) icon to display detailed information in a repeat grid but the "+" icon disappears for the second record.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add standard icon "+" (Expand/Collapse) to the repeat grid in a section.
- Display the section in the workflow.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Local-change is to open Icon properties and configuring as below:
Icon source: Icon Class
Class: iconExpandAll
