STARTNEWFLOW is returning 'No Stream to Display' message

Summary
On click of a submit button, user wants create a work object using Out-of-the-box (OOTB) Work- STARTNEWFLOW activity, but activity is returning error message.
Error Messages
No Stream to display
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section.
2. Configure a button to create a new work object using OOTB Work- STARTNEWFLOW activity.
3. At run time, click on the newly configured button.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
User has configured the submit button to created a new work object using OOTB Work- STARTNEWFLOW activity.
Work- STARTNEWFLOW activity is checking for input parameter value for HarnessPurpose, in order to display the newly created work object and the HarnessPurpose parameter value is Null.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Pass the parameter value for HarnessPurpose in Work- STARTNEWFLOW activity, in order to display the newly created work object.
