Startup error after deploying "prpc_wls_jee4.ear"

Pega 7.1.7 is installed on Weblogic using Oracle 11g and using a split schema.
However after deploying "prpc_wls_jee4.ear", errors are received during server start up.

Error Messages

1. "Could not find java:comp/env/prbootstrap/ in the local JNDI context, skipping prconfig setting lookup"
2. "Could not find prbootstrap in the local JNDI context, skipping prconfig setting lookup"
3. "Bootstrap datatables schema: null"
4. "com.pega.pegarules.internal.bootstrap.PRBootstrapDataSource SEVERE: Unable to connect to database. Will only use properties from file.
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist"

Steps to Reproduce

Deploy "prpc_wls_jee4.ear" to Weblogic.

Root Cause

Upon review. the Plan.xml file was seen to not have updated to match the installation options.
Additionally, the screenshot of the Weblogic admin console shows a Deployment Plan of "(no plan specified)".

Once the Plan.xml file was updated and deployed per the instructions in the Weblogic Oracle Installation Guide, the application started successfully.
