State Field shows incorrect value

Summary
In Provider search, if users perform an alternate search, the state values do not appear correctly. The characters shown in Provider search state dropdown are a mix of upper and lower case alphabets.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure a dropdown control in a Section.
2. Have a property type as Field value and display States.
3. Run the flow.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is that the user has a custom property which gets the list populated incorrectly.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the Local-change:
Use the OOTB Field Value pyState.
