Steps to Reproduce
Run the Static Assembly. The assembly terminates after 10 minutes.
Root Cause
The Static Assembly failed due to the incorrect package usage of QueueProcessorDelayedMessageService class. It must be referred as com.pega.platform.executor.queueprocessor.internal.QueueProcessorDelayedMessageService in the function.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.3.2.
