Summary

In the business user sandbox environment, it is foreseen to have only the Decision Manager portal available and it is not foreseen or allowed to have a system architect role.
The current Decision Manager Portal has a serious limitation for business users:

Data Transforms are not visible to Strategy Designers (DT's cannot be added to an Application Overlay). This is the only way input values can be defined for ‘on-the fly’ unit testing by business users, which can be used in auto-run.

Root Cause

The Decision Manager portal does not provide the ability to create rules.
The Strategy Designers will need to be provided access to the Developer portal.
 

Resolution

Enhance requests have been raised for individual issues. Following are the details:

FDBK-13896: Ability to create new rules through Decision Manager Portal.
Operators cannot currently add new rules through the Decision Manager portal regardless of role.

FDBK-13897: Ability to add data transform rules to application overlays.
This rule type is currently not among the rule types supported in application overlays.
