Stream rules of all assignments execute when validation fails

Summary
For temporary objects in a screenflow, all the stream rules of all assignments are executed when validation fails. As a result, the objects are processed incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a screenflow for a temporary object.
- On the first flow action of the screenflow, add a validation which fails. On the tracer, all the subsequent sections are executed. The flow should not execute subsequent steps if validation fails.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Due to an issue in the CompleteAssignment activity, the process moved to the Restore assignment. This assignment loaded all the stream rules of all assignments in the screenflow.
Resolution
Apply HFix-49874.
