Subreport header does not display on clicking ALL in main report

The requirement is to display the subreport header instead of empty on clicking ALL in the main report.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Case Manager portal and click Reports
- Click the Monitor Assignments category and run the 'Timeliness By Task' report
- Click ALL under Flow and Assignment
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-51666.
