Suggested and relevant tags are not displayed



User complains that they are not able to configure multiple suggested contents for various screens after upgrading to Pega Knowledge Management (KM) 7.22.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch interaction portal.
2. Go to the "?" icon.
3. Observe that same suggested contents are coming for a case irrespective of screen flow.

Root Cause

User was not aware about the process of configuration for multiple suggested contents for various screens.


Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

As the design has been changed the process to configure suggested contents for a particular screen has also changed.

The configuration for suggested content in KM 7.22 should be done in the following way:

a) After launching the intent task in the interaction portal, go to configuration tools.
b) Add related suggested contents for the corresponding screen.
