suggestions do not display when using CTRL-V on autocomplete

Summary
When selecting the autocomplete the first time and using CTRL-V to paste text, suggestions do not display. However, the suggestions display if the autocomplete already has focus and text.

Steps to Reproduce
- Click outside the autocomplete control to remove the focus.
- Click autocomplete and paste the text using CTRL-V. Suggestions do not display. However, if the autocomplete already has the focus and text, select all the text and reuse CTRL-V. Suggestions display.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-48771.
