Summary Reports are not localized



SummaryReport is not localized in the Report Browser. Report defintion uses custom filter section.
The field labels or buttons are not  localized in the popup window to enter options for the report.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a summary report with custom filter section.
2. Launch the report in the report browser from Case Manager portal.
3. Click on the filter criteria in the report.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.The harness used in the report here is "pzRRDisplayCustomFilterSection" which has "Localize?" checkbox unchecked. Therefore user is unable to localize the submit button in it.


This issue is resolved by HFix-22450. 
Selecting the Localize option on pzRRDisplayCustomFilterSection fixes the issue.
