Summary View Expand All not working, Caption in uppercase

Summary
In Summary view in Pega 7.1.8 Expand All is not working with fixed header.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a summary view, include group by conditions accordingly. Mention Fixed header.
2. Run and create the report. Observe that Expand all does not expand the frame.
4. Navigating to other tab and returning back will show summary view expanded.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: Incorrect height calculation of the Summary view Table when header is Fixed.
