Switch portal function doesn't move correctly

Summary



User performs a switch portal function on Case Manager portal.

Usually it works correctly for the first time, but the second switch action to go back to first/old portal does not work.

Except header, no content is displayed on UI on second swtich.

This issue is not observed when user the launch the portal from developer portal login.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Login to Case Manager portal.
2. Switch to customer portal.
3. Post switch, now use the same option again to switch back to default manager portal.

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, issue might be due to the threads are not being cleared, when portal is switched multiple times.

Resolution



Apply HFix-32174.
