Switching between threads



In Customer Process Manager (CPM) portal when thread is switched by moving one interaction to another interaction, it is throwing the following error:

Failed to find instance @baseclass.Perform of type Rule-HTML-Harness.

Error Messages

Failed to find instance @baseclass.Perform of type Rule-HTML-Harness.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the CPM 7 Interaction Portal.
2. Create an Email Interaction and click on any object in the New Work.
3. Create a Phone Interaction.
4. Switch back to the Email-Interaction.
5. Search for a contact (for example "test").
6. Create a Service Case for the Email Interaction.
7. Now go back to the Phone Interaction and try searching for a contact (for example "test").

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
