Switching portal from Member to Lead takes time



Switching portal from Development to "DAL - Data Analyst Lead" portal loads with complete data of recent resolved items, Members and cases, along with the work baskets with one graph included in it, which takes a long time to load the data and causes performance issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in Development portal.
2. Click Run icon, and switch the portal to "DAL - Data Analyst Lead".

Root Cause

A software use or operation error, on the initial load of the Case Manager portal, users are displayed in an tree grid by default causing delay to load the portal.


Perform the following local-change:

Update pyExpandable property to false to collapse tree grid by default.
